A: I have used Jay's Performance Profile on myself and two potential employees. I hired one of the two. As I get to know her better I think Jay's assessment of her was right on the money. The lady I didn't hire potentially saved me a lot of grief as there were some underlying issues that I did not pick up on with my initial interview. I went back and spoke with her again using the Performance Profile as a guide and realized very quickly Jay's advise was worth much more than I paid for!
